DELIVERY
All purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order. Please allow up to 2-3 days for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 5 days, please notify [email protected]. dïfferēnt NY is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

"PRE-ORDER" TERMS
If you are purchasing a "Pre-Order" item, please review the specific items detail to know when the Pre-Order end date is. All orders placed within the Pre-Order period will not begin shipping until 3 days after the Pre-Order end date.

PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority mail.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. You will be fully refunded the price of the product(s) but NOT refunded for any shipping costs.
